Resort representative

Each of the Snocomber resorts will have a Representative with local knowledge and will assist you with the following:

• Meet and collect you from Zurich airport for transfers to and from the ski resort included in package (excludes private transfers and other airports).
• Assist you in locating your accommodations.
• Assist with ski equipment fitting if prepaid for ski pack in package.
• Issue prepaid ski passes.
• Assist with arranging ski lessons that are either prepaid or purchased in the resort.
• There will be regular times during your stay where our Representative will be at a central venue for you to meet should you require assistance. You will receive this information on arrival in the resort.
• He/She will offer and organize, a detailed Entertainment and Excursion program for you to purchase activities in the resort – see Resort Activities for list of possibilities.
• Mobile contact number – to be advised prior to the Winter season start.
