• Properties are located within 100-300 metres of the main Gondola lift, ski hire, ski school meeting point, beginner ski area and apre ski bars.
• Are on a bed and breakfast basis and the rooms are serviced daily.
• Breakfast is served buffet-style and varies from property to property and can consist of cereals, yoghurts, breads, bread-rolls, ham, cheese, jams, orange juice, teas and coffee. Some properties offer eggs on request and sometimes at an additional cost.
• Majority of rooms are double rooms and the furnishings typically Austrian style and layouts vary.
• Some triple and quad rooms are available on request but are limited.
• Single rooms are very limited and actual single rooms with single beds are small.
• All rooms are with en-suite bathroom facilities.
• Small bath Towels are supplied and most supply small bars of soap.
• All have small TV’s and some have telephones and safes.
• Some may have sauna facilities.
